Product designer / 2D illustrator / 2D animator with a degree in Illustration and Animation from Manchester University, and 10+ years designing products for mobile and web across a range of sectors, including games-based psychometric recruitment, student accommodation, retail and property management. Skilled at translating complex user and business requirements into elegant, fuss-free designs.
My work spans the full product design lifecycle, from discovery, stakeholder input and applying research insights, through wireframing, high-fidelity UI design, prototyping, building component libraries and developer hand-offs, with in-app illustration and post-launch iteration throughout.

Product Designer at Apadmi
— PresentGreene King
- Illustrated background and drink assets to reskin a template-based promotional game for Greene King's rewards app.
- Developed a range of icon concepts, backed by competitor research, to propose how Greene King could unify the illustration style across their rewards app.
New Business
Travel Counsellors
- Mapped the Travel Counsellors customer journey, identifying how fragmented WhatsApp, email and phone contact could be unified into one app while preserving each counsellor's bespoke, locally-informed client insight, and extending value into pre-trip planning (packing lists, document storage) and an in-trip "companion mode" with editable itineraries.
- Proposed how an AI assistant with a bespoke tone of voice could practically work to guide users through planning their dream holiday, funnelling them to book with a real travel counsellor, delivered as high-fidelity iOS concepts for the pitch.
Krispy Kreme
- Ran a UX audit and competitor research on Krispy Kreme's app, using the findings to design modernised, more on-brand concepts.
- Helped to design a "Smiles"-branded loyalty and gamification scheme for the pitch, plus a more visual doughnut-ordering flow showing items added to the box as customers select them.
Unite Students
- Designed student support features including student halls issue reporting, maintenance request flows, and parcel pickups.
- Scoped future iterations of parcel pickups, including tracking and away-from-property handling.
Matalan
- Supported discovery phase with a full app audit, benchmarking against best-practice UX patterns from leading shopping apps.
- Identified and proposed improvement opportunities across the app experience, including how to efficiently update the current app with best practices and WCAG accessibility recommendations.
Sykes Cottages
- Designed calendar features to give property owners a consolidated view of upcoming bookings and earnings.
- Built performance and forecasted-performance views for property owners to track property income at a glance.
Client Marketing
- Designed and animated on-brand mobile app marketing assets, including videos, product pages and feature graphics, shaped by briefs and data from the product marketing team, for clients including Co-op, Matalan, Unite Students, Footasylum and Yeo Valley.
- Storyboarded, animated and edited Swissport's corporate event videos across pre-production, production and post-production, using After Effects and Premiere Pro.

—- Helped build 4 gamified test apps across style direction, level design, concept art, animation, character design, UI and UX.
- Developed an illustration system letting clients easily customise gamified tests to their own branding, with built-in guardrails to maintain WCAG accessibility standards.
- Rebranded gamified tests for clients including Siemens, Vodafone, Skoda, Kantar and Essex County Fire & Rescue Service.
